At Clarity Global Imports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Physical Products (Yoga Accessories, Props, Art & Decor)

Return Window: You may return physical products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide you with return shipping instructions
  • Package the item securely and ship to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products (courses, classes, downloadable content), all sales are final once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Print-on-Demand & Dropship Items

Custom or personalized items and print-on-demand products can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returns. These fees are non-refundable.
