I cannot say enough good things about Maureen and this online Mysore class. The sessions are every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. What truly sets this class apart is the Maureens exceptional ability to hold space virtually; the verbal modifications are so spot-on and personalized that my alignment and focus have improved tremendously. You get all the individualized support of a traditional practice combined with the comfort and convenience of practicing from home. I absolutely love it!

Absolutely stunning. I used them today for the first time and right out of the package I could see and feel the quality! The beads are natural stone so they do have some weight to them but I don’t mind it at all. The beads move smoothly when moving them during prayer. I feel so connected with mine already! Thank you!!

Great online yoga class , and for a great price!

I've been buying bar shampoo for a couple of years now from Sprouts but they stopped carrying it. Why? SO I decided to look online for something new. I stumbled upon this Tanzie and I love it! This is a very thorough book that contains all of the poses from the Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Yoga Series. It's great how it also demonstrates modifications for each pose and what you can do to attain them. In addition, it provides the drishti and vinyasas for each asana. Love this book.
