Drop-in price for Ashtanga Yoga with Maureen Dinkins

• Mysore Classes: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays at 6:15am (All students must arrive at class start time)
• Led Ashtanga Classes: Monday/Wednesday 6:30pm & Saturdays at 7:30am EST(EDT)

Please be on time. Mysore begins at 6:15am promptly for ALL student regardless of practice length. Doors will be lock at the start of class time and NO ENTRY will be allowed after.
